High-end Apartment Development - 456 Hampton St, Hampton
JDA Architects designed two 120 square metre apartments built on 2 levels over a single storey retail building also designed by the Practice a number of years earlier.

The apartments have spectacular views across Port Philip Bay with wrap around balconies and full height glazing taking advantage of the building’s positioning on the corner of Hampton and Willis Streets. 

The striking facade incorporates an asymmetrical oval cut out to frame the balconies and windows, which is picked out in a contrasting metallic bronze.
